Choose the type of session you need below and select a time that works for you. If you're new to coaching or not sure where to start, I recommend booking a free clarity call first, where we'll talk through your situation and find the best path forward together. For returning clients or those ready to begin, you can book your session directly.

  • We'll spend 30 minutes talking about where you are, what you're struggling with, and whether coaching is the right support for you. There's no pressure to commit, just an honest conversation to make sure we're a good fit for one another.

  • Contact me at least 24 hours before your session and we'll find a new time.

  • Just come as you are. We'll figure out what you need together.

  • All sessions are currently held online via MeetN, which means you can access support from anywhere in the UK. If you would prefer an in-person session then please get in touch.

  • Book a free clarity call. We'll talk through your needs and I'll help you decide what makes sense for you.
